Gradius V 60hz ?

I missed this when it first came out but want to pick it up.. just wondering which version I should get.. PAL or US NTSC ?

does the PAL version have 60hz or is it missing anything? it's only ?9.99 at play.com

PAL one has 60hz AFAIK it's not missing a thing, and at ?9.99 it's a steal.
