Which stores who aren't taking pre-orders 360

Phoning up Tesco stores is proving to be quite a frustrating experience. Yes, they will be stocking them. No, they don't know when. And no, they don't know how many.

Well, Micro Anvika are expecting them in, yet still don't know how many. I stuck a preorder in anyway, as I can easily cancel nearer to the time if I manage one from elsewhere. Will be having a look in my local dixons too. Hopefully the chavs will still be too busy with PSP, to deal with the 360.

I've also asked another member on here (they know who they are ) to perhaps let me have one of their preorders if none of mine comes through. Hopefully I'll have a 360 come launch day (or nearbouts).

Dixons took pre-orders and now have stoped, Comet tjhe same and many more stores.

I'd suggest Asda or tescos, Im struggling to find one and just get laughed at when I ask at stores really worried now as I promised I get one for me and my older brother to play on over the xmas holiday to cheer him up, its been a rough old year and I feel I've ****ed it up more for him.

Yeah, and the idea that future ones may ship with a HD-DVD drive is nothing more than a rumour.

Type 360 in the search box, it'll come up. It is as legit as you can get, they've got 11 stores all over the UK, including 6 in London (1 of them in Harrods) and 2 in Manchester.

But you can add to the basket using the link on the search page. It's ?7 for delivery. I'm only using this as backup, hopefully I can pick up one from a high street store.

If worse comes to worse and I end up with 2 360's, I don't think that is a bad situation. I'll sell the other one, I'm sure there'll be enough demand for one.

Anyway, I'll find out a few days before launch if MA can fulfil my order. Right now, they don't know their stock allocation. Plus, I don't know whereabouts I am, so it's only a backup.
