What's this Tiny Robot game for GameCube?

Somebody PMd me about it and I'd like to find out more about it.

Half a page in Edge this month (the one with Half-Life 2 on the cover) doesn't give a hell of a lot away (the text sounds like they just have a press release and the screenshots to work from, to be honest). Basically, your Chibirobo has to solve puzzles while not spending too long away from a mains socket, and the whole graphical style is so much like Toy Story its not even funny. There's a story about your owner being in some sort of trouble, but that when in one ear and out the other with me.

Looks really interesting, but I wonder if there will be too many language barriers.
