Newbie XB Live / BT questions

Ok, had a quick search regarding this, but nada... Bear in mind that I'm clueless regarding ADSL etc.

I've just ordered BT's ADSL service. It comes with a USB modem / router (Voyager 205).

1) Is this router going to be ok to set Live up with? I'm pretty sure it is, but read somewhere that an ethernet connection into the PC rather than USB is better. Would the USB connection affect my Live experience at all?

2) Does anyone know whether the Voyager has an ethernet connection available if need be?

3) My PC doesn't have an ethernet port - would any plug & play card do? I've got a free PCI slot.

4) Am I right in thinking that once the router is configured, I'll be able to connect to Live even with the PC switched off?

You should be able to plug an ethernet cable straight into the voyager and you xbox and get on live, simple as that
