    Order from NCSX

    Well, I ordered Metroid Prime Pinball from NCSX last week and still waiting for it to be delivered.
    I´m a first time customer at NCSX and wondering how you go about items that don´t arrive within the expected time frame. I really don´t want to break out in hysteria, but rather would like to know how you handle these kind of situations (specifically with NCSX).

    I paid for the item via Pay Pal and chose the USPS Global Priority shipping method for $10 (4-7 days, ETA ran out today). The shipment was sent out the same day I placed the order. In the little message box I wrote that I got to know them through ntsc-uk and would really appreciate it if they could mark down the value of the package.

    I did not get much feeback from NCSX so far regarding my account and current order. So I really don´t expect them to inform me of any happenings (e.g. customs rejecting the item because of false declaration of the value), and have the feel I slowly need to think about what to do if the item does not turn up soon.

    Maybe I should still wait a bit longer before beginning to worry about what happened to my shipment - it´s just that I really expected it to arrive in under a week, since my last import (from VGP) was quite fast as well, with only 5 days till delivery.

    Just hang on until Friday, if nothing send them an email. It could be Christmas rush or custom slowing things down.

      Erm, since when have they started taking paypal as a form of payment?

        I asked them beforehand if I could pay via Pay Pal. They told me to select the "Mail in Payment" option during checkout. After the order was placed I printed out the form and send a payment to them with the invoice number as title (plus all the infos about my order in the message box again, to be doubly sure it gets registered correctly). The payment was recieved and processed by NCSX the same day.

        About my order, I think I?ll do what you suggested, Legendary, and try to keep cool until the end of the week, and then start bugging them with questions about my shipment.

          Yep it could be Christmas slowing things down a bit! I have a 360 coming and it has now been Delayed at customs, as this is what it says in my tracking info. They are expecting it to go through today however. If not i'm ringing DHL. Maybe you should ring the shipper?
