Xbox Executor 2 Pro mod chip not working

I have an Executor 2 Pro mod chip on my xbox (the type with the parallel port and the switches). It has served me well, but the switch is now playing up.

To turn the switch on, I select setting "4" to on, but lately doing this hasn't activated the chip. Any ideas what could be the matter, and what do I need to do?

Mine had the same problem at one point (though was a Lite), where it was impossible to turn it on regardless of the combination of switches you used. As I vaguely recall, the d0 point had become loose and had to be resoldered. Anyone's guess whether the same thing has happened to yours though.
