    Laptop VGA connection

    This is a total n00b question, but what the heck.

    My laptop has a VGA connector to connect to an external screen.
    Is there any way that I can use this and display an external system (eg/Dreamcast) on the laptop screen?

    Nope. It's a VGA out, not a VGA in. But you could get a USB2 TV card, and play on the input of that. One without any MPEG2 live encoding options if possible, since that can introduce a significant lag. Not via VGA though sadly...
