About time they did some skins that cover the side of the unit as well.

Faceplates are fine, but the coloured can look a bit odd stuck on a white console

The designs for faceplates on this site are pretty bad, but you can get them to make a custom one for you 8)

Also forgot to mention that it does say in the manual not to stick anything to the side of the system as it may cause problems for wireless controllers

I can't see a piece of plastic blocking out a wireless signal.

Anyone getting a new faceplate at launch at all ? Cheesy as hell but i keep looking at the wood effect one

Looks pretty sweet with the carbon effect, and START button !

Probably will stick with the original, unless I get a Gloss Black one so it sits nicelly with the new LCD !

I would like MS to commission some top designers or design agencys like the designers republic, Yugo Nakamura, Peter Saville, or 123 Klan to create some face plates. They would be the bees knees.
