Xbox Agent Under Fire region free glitch

I read about a glitch in 007: AUF that lets you play region free games on the Xbox. Can anyone tell me what the glitch is and how to get this glitch working?

it's the old softmod thingy where you basically put evox and stuff on a memory card. it's too long to explain here, so you can just google for xbox auf softmod or something like that.

basically these smart guys made a program that loads a chip bios from a file instead of the chip itself, so this bios is on the mem card and you run it by loading the save game once you've got into 007 and then you can do whatever a chipped machine can do, but each time you reboot you'll have to load 007 again
