Has anyone used importmadness.co.uk on here???

Hi guys,I've ordered a NTSC X-BOX 360 off importmadness and I i'm wondering if anyone esle on here did or has done so too?

I've been buying games off them for about 3 years now and they havn't let me down until now.

If anyone else has perchased a 360 via importmadness(IM) have you received it yet and is so when?

Mine was pre ordered in Oct and I've only had 1 e-mail stating it would be shipped by 29th Nov at the la test.

Despite countless phone calls ans E-mails I've not heard a peep out of anyone at IM.

So in closing if anyone else is in the same boat waiting for a 360 od these guys or if you've infact received one please post below.

Hi there, i would not reccomend the site at all, i pre orderd 2 nintendo ds's last christmas, they were delayed for about 2 weeks from launch, + 2 months later i got a nasty letter fom fedex and i had to pay over ?60 on customs, even though the guy at importmadness promised to mark them down,

When I pay for a particular method of shipping, I expect to receive that method. I didn't. I never got a refund either despite the pissing and moaning I did.

Arse..this doesn't sound good! they even debited my account on Oct 16th too. Surely They shouldn't be bloody doing that until the item(s) are posted.....

OK guys looks like I won't be using IM again.... can you recommened any other shops/sites that do mail order American region 1 games by post???

They shouldn't be allowed to do that since the goods weren't even in their inventory then.

Tronixweb and VideoGamesPlus.ca are the only places you need bother with for US stuff fella.

IM used to be really good but they went way, way downhill. Use NCSX or Tronix or something.

Their prices look appealing but i seem to remember their shipping charges are killer. Never heard much good about them.

Thanks for your help guys, I tried phoning them (IM) in London AND Toronto yesterday as well as sending them more e-mails... Still no response! and it's also the same answer phone messege on either side of the Atlantic but no one is every there to pick the receiver up!......strange that isn't it.

I feel this will be the last time I'll use IM...they've lost a valued customer but if their service continues to be a toss as this it won't be long before they go under. I'll be trying one of the other companies that you guys have recommended next time.

I'm having the same problem. I brought a PAL console in the end. How did youmanage to get a refund?
