PSP vs PSP Value Pack from yesasia?

Hi,

I'm trying to buy a PSP for an xmas present and have given up on trying to get a value pack in the UK without having a load of crap chucked in on top ("that'll be 385 pounds please"). So I'm importing from yesasia.com. I have a - possibly very stupid - question. Is the difference between a straight PSP and a value pack just the headphones and pouch? More precisesly, what is the difference between these two:

No memory card or 'owt else with the solo pack. The machines are the same though

Yes, headphones and pouch. And also a Memory stick duo pro. My Giga pack also came with a little stand which I think is bundled in now.

i'm also trying to decide as i've got a few games here ready to play but cant decide on white or black or to get a giga pack

also its good for the upgraded shipping there doing too cause its christmas
