Modded Xbox Problem 'XBMC Fatal Error' Help Please

I have a modded xbox and last night was investigating some security options (I think) and it seems to have caused the xbox to pack up, giving me a screen with bright red letters stating,

"XBMC Fatal Error

No Suitable skin version found.

We require at least version 1.3000



Init network using dash settings...

IP Address: 192.168.0.2



Starting FTP Server...

FTP server running on port 21, login: xbox/xbox

press any button to reboot."

The 'F' Drive has now gone and I haven't a clue how to fix this problem can anyone help?

This happened to me before when I was messing around with XBMC options so I just had to connect it up to my PC again and FTP the files over again and it all worked fine. Give it a go..

Problem is that I don't have the files, so can't ftp them over, I have an old evox disk though which I could run, would this destroy the media currently installed if I used the disk to upgrade the apps with those on the slayers disk?

I'm now in the process of downloading the latest version of XBMC and am going to ftp that across, hopefully it might fix the problem although I'm not that sure it will, as the f drive which has most of my media is currently missing from the ftp menu.
