I Have A Few Questions...I Need A Few Answers Plz

Hi, This is my first post so please be gentle. I just have a few questions I hope you knowledgeable chaps will be able to answer.....

1. Does anyone know where i can purchase a modern looking arcade machine from ? All the ones on ebay and one the few sites i've looked at are all old 80's machines and wouldn't look that nice in my living room, so i'm after one of the new shiny white cabinets like 'Virtua Tennis' and 'Mark of the Wolves' come in. I've seen a few in peoples gaming collection pics so please point me in the right direction

2. I remember seeing some pics of a Panzer Dragoon Xbox which was set be released in limited numbers in Japan. Did this actually get released or was it just a photoshop effort ? If it was released did anyone get hold of one or even better, does anyone know where i can get one from ?

3. I keep hearing about a guy who goes by the name of 'Tokuda' in various posts. Apparently he can 'get you nice things from japan'. If your reading this post Tokuda please elaborate on this as i have a feeling your about to be become my new best friend

4. I remember when the King of the Fighters 2002 dreamcast version was annouced that a PS2 version was set to be released around the same time. I'll probably end up getting the Dreamcast version anyway but does anyone have any dates for the PS2 version ?

5. I know there were a few converters released allowing to you to play US and JAP PS1 games on a PAL PS1 console. Do these converters work on a PAL PS2 allowing you to play US and JAP PS1 games ?

6. Finally...I'm planning to take a trip to Tokyo in the coming months, do any of you guys live there ? and if so, would you be willing to show me around Akihabara ?

7. Can some recommend a decent Beatmania like game with that turntable/keyboard like peripheral ? Preferably Japanese !

Tokuda

He's an importer (well, I suppose officially he's an exporter). He sells a lot through the trading forums.

He's well known for good value and service. I'd check out his thread and then PM him and ask him some questions.

Tokuda also lives in 'the Tokyo area' Two birds and all!

The whitish Panzer Dragoon Orta Xbox does exist, it was released in limited numbers, your gonna want to ask tokuda about it, because it'll be hard to find it anywhere else.

If you want a "beatmania-ish" game that uses the controller, then your first stop really should be the nearest indie (or even not indie) shop, and ask them.

Last I saw, both Game and Gamestation still had a few of the PAL PS1 Beatmania, complete with controller, for around a tenner or so.

PAL PS1 Beatmania plus turntable (Konami boxset) is currently in HMV's 2 for ?15 offer...

I am pretty sure the convertors (the disk ones anyway) dont allow you to play imported PSOne games on a PS2.
