    european gamecube canadian TV..

well heres the thing i recently moved to canada, its fun and stuff but i got this little problem with my NGC, first thing was the power .. i fixed that with an 220v -> 110V converter now my second problem i get white/black tilting screen.
reason : my ngc is PAL and my TV is ntsc .. who knows anything about these problems help me out

    tnx greets fazon

P.S i already looked on google for some converters but those are 200$ most of them... then i rather buy a new 1 and buy a freeloader for my PAL games .. but ok.

You're a bit ****ed mate. NTSC TVs don't support PAL signals as there are more lines in a PAL output than on an NTSC display.

You'd probably have to buy a new one

If your TV has an RGB socket it should work with 60Hz compatible games. However, not many NTSC TV's have RGB sockets. I think component cables work in a similar way to RGB cables in that they don't differentiate between PAL and NTSC signals so it may be worth trying one of them out. To run 50Hz games you'd need a TV that can take a 50Hz signal. They exist, but finding one may be troublesome.

Just buy a new gamecube and sell your games to buy a NTSC version. It is much better.

wouldn't a component cable work and show the games in color thats if the tv has the input ?
