Project Zero 2!!

Hi,

I just got Project Zero 2, and it was sealed. It doesn't work on my xbox, it starts to read the disc but pauses on the xbox logo screen. Checked my hard drive and it says that there is PZ2 file. Then bought another one and still have the same problem. My xbox is a brand new one which i opened recently. Can anyone help?

Hmm, that's not very fair, is it?
Would be a weird coincidence but have you checked that the actual discs are PAL?
Do you have any dvd remotes plugged in or anything? Try taking them out. For some odd reason my Hitman 2 won't boot if the DVD dongle's in, but it's fine otherwise.
I wanted Project Zero 2 but the cheapest I could get it yesterday was ?20.

Very odd!? I've had about 3 Xboxes over the last few years and have never had any probs booting any game. I agree with Vertigo taking out DVD dongles may help, worth seeing if you can get a mate to try it or something? Wonder if it could be a batch manufactured on incompatible DVD's? As I'm sure you know certain drives don't read certain media and have had one xbox which was very picky, but as this is an original I'm suprised it won't boot.

I had an xbox that refused to play enter the matrix, which isn't such a bad thing

DVD Dongles? Please help guys, very much appreciated. It's brand new, i had a limited edition green one lying around so i opened it and it won't run the game, and yes it is pal.
