Firewall + DS WiFi

What firewalls work with the DS? Ive got Zone Alarm installed but have to exit it if I want to use MKDS online, even though its in the safe list.

Try lowering the security level from high to medium.

Zone alarm is a piece of **** when trying to go online with the ds.

If you are using the free version of Zone Alarm then you are going to have problems. If you are using the Pro version then the following thread from ZoneAlarms forums discusses which ports need to be opened for your USB adapter.

I thought I may need a version where I could specify ports etc. I'll try and acquire Zone Alarm pro today and give that a go.

Its only when searching yesterday that I realised that Zone Alarm is pretty much the only free firewall available. Shocking.

I use the free Zonealarm with the NDS wifi adapter. All I did was set the security to medium and it works. No need for the pay for version.
