Japanpa question

I've never ordered from there until last Wednesday when I ordered Ouendan. The price was too tempting!

Anyway, I ordered on Wednesday and paid straight away through PayPal, but it's still showing up as pending on the order history. Like this:

Order #**** (Pending)Order Date: Wednesday 28 December, 2005
Do they normally take this long to dispatch? I've not received any emails to say it's been sent or anything, so I can only assume it hasn't yet.

I placed quite a big order with them about a week before Xmas and sent the payment straight away. About a week later they emailed me to ask what it was I had ordered..

Apparently, the order wasn't processed properly because I was using the Firefox browser.

So I just asked for a refund since one of the things I ordered was now out of stock. I eventually got refunded last night after a polite reminder that they still owed me nearly 300 Euros..

Also, the last time I ordered something, it all went well, but there was zero communication. Had no idea if my order went through Ok untill the stuff arrived at my door.

They have some good prices, but I'm really unconvinced by them.

They have Viewtiful Joe DS for around ?17 I really want it but they dont sound like the best of sites. Anyone else use them regularly.

I had problems with them too. I ordered Ceramic White PStwo from them and pay it with PayPal immediately and I didn't received any confirmation email and my order history in my account was empty. I emailed them about this problem and I got mail about 2 days of my email.

But now the item is shipped and I can track it, so everything went very well.

The first time I ordered from them 2 or so years ago I had the same 'what was it you ordered?' issue, since then though I've had zero problems the few times I've used them. I'm using them more often now too, they tend to have plenty of good deals in the specials section. My most recent order being a large one just before christmas that went through just fine.

It still says pending on mine. I ordered Ouenden on wednesday too.

I've not ordered from them in the past because they don't take credit cards and the site's just not as well organised or professional-looking as Play Asia or YesAsia. Plus it has a habit of going offline for weeks on end!

Maybe everyone liked the sound of Ouendan for ?20 and they're out of stock or something... or just not updating the site due to the time of year? Bah.

Normally I'd recommend them but it does seem then that people are having some troubles. It could be just the time of year - iirc the owner is french or something so they could be on holiday. It's possibly best to see if things clear up. fwiw my Ouendan order shipped within a day or two, that was no more than 2 weeks back.

I've had an order with them still say "pending" and it arrive... sometimes they don't get to update the accounts.
