Quake 4: Multi-Player problems!

I recently bought Quake4, and I have installed Punk-Buster and the 1.04 patch. When I try and find a multi-player game though, I only get a list of between 85-100 servers and most of them have 0 people playing, or are locked. Even the ones that have people are using modded maps etc..

How the hell can I find servers that will allow me to play a normal good honest game of fragging??

Install a decent server browser and use that. The All Seeing Eye, despite being borged by Yahoo, is still the best of the bunch.
