gamecube games through my monitor?

i want to play gamecube games through my laptop screen!
i believe what i need is a VGA lead yeah?
is there anywhere you can actually buy them, or are they an improvisation for the determined only?!

They dont make GC VGA cables, but you can find some modded ones about.

You can get one of these which will allow connection to a monitor, and can be used for other consoles too.

Have you got a line-in to your laptop monitor? That's virtually unheard of, so please correct me if I'm wrong.

Do remember you can only use the VGA cable on Progressive Scan games.

The Qoob modchip can force most (not all) games into Progressive Scan, mind.
