RGB N64 - Do I need the RGB cable with or without the capicitor?

As the title says I can't remember which one it is I need, and whether this was the snes or GC one.

While i'm here too, I assume a Passport III cartrdige will let me play PAL games on a Jap machine, but will it also make them run in RGB?

Only way to get RGB from an NTSC N64 is to mod it internally and easiest mod only works on the older machines.

You also need the cable without the capacitor.

Sorry forgot to say i've already got an RGB modded N64. I know some cables have the capicitor at the scart end, which is easy to check for, but some have it at the multi-out end. I'm sure I read something saying which lead was appropriate (i.e NTSC SNES RGB etc...). Back to google it is....
