Want to know a realistic price for my Agp MSI X800XT 256 Platinum Edition graphics card fitted with Artic Cooling device that keeps this baby at 30 degrees on desktop and never goes over 55 degrees when playing games like F.E.A.R Call of Duty 2 Half Life 2 all Max,d to the full as i may be selling this in the near future to fund plasma tv.

Hmm, seems really high to me. I thought that around the ?100 was a reasonable price for X800s these days. You can get an X850 for that price.

AGP cards are still really expensive.

A vanilla 6800 or a x800pro will go for ?125 - ?150 on eBay. I reckon you're in the region of ?170-?200.

AGP cards like yours seem to be holding value because the latest generation are PCI-e only.

That's crazy.
I didn't realise that being AGP drove the price up so much. Since when did this happen?

I think it's been the case since PCI-Express started taking off, really. I spent a few hours looking at cards last week 'cos I've had to put off doing a full overhaul so I needed an AGP card. Seems like most cards are about ?50 extra for the AGP version. You'd think the prices would go down because of people getting rid of them, but obviously not.
