Jap / US PSP Charger question in UK

If I import a jap / us psp do I need to buy a special charger or will it work out the box in the UK. If I do need one what do I need to buy and where ?

You just replace the figure-8 US plug with a UK one. Or you can charge via USB (ie. 360).

Aye, I have one of those travel adaptors and it works a treat.

Just for the record, you don't need a stepdown with the US charger. My PSP hasn't exploded withotu one... yet.

yeah the transformer on the charger is dual voltage so it'll work with whatever voltage u plug it into.
