Dead or Alive 4 Problem

I got my copy today, from VGP, I put it in and when it gets to the start screen I cant click start or anything else to get to the main menu, can someone help me?

Hehe - You need to change the 360 settings to PAL-60.

You've been playing your games in PAL-50 since you bought the thing and you post on NTSC oh the irony

I know because my mate had same problem two days ago !
