www.killercabs.com is supposed to be good though it may lean towards the tech side of things rather than games. Not sure as i dont use it.

Not a fan of mame.net's forum, too much emulation and lameness, want to be discussing the games and boards themselves, not lame little ****s asking when RSG and Model2 will be fully emulated.

killercabs is an excellent forum, and is as much about the games as the tech stuff.
