    Changing Sega Saturn Battery

Hi everybody! I just got my Sega Saturn up and running today and it's working great! However, every time I power it up, the time-setting menu comes up. I was wondering if the battery is dead. I have a White JP Saturn. Although I can locate the battery very easily, I have no idea how to take it out. It's jammed in very good with little plastic things blocking it, so it won't come out... How the hell do I get it out of there?!

edit: Right after writing this message, I went to my machine again and tried removing it. Well, it came out. A little too easily I might add. The sheer simplicity of changing the battery makes made me a bit embarassed that I even made the question.

Anyway, this thread can be closed.

    Yes its likely the battery.

I can only say how to change it on my pal saturn though.I just wedge a small screwdriver just underneath the battery and flick it up pops out easily.

Don know if the jap one is different
