Streaming music from ipod to 360

Using my shuffle to stream music from and finding some tracks won't play or even show up.
Anyone have any ideas whats this about ?? All original tracks ripped from my own cd's....?

have you downloaded the 360 ipod update from the marketplace?

No mate. Does it take much memory ?? Still on a card not HDD....

1.In the Xbox Live section of the Xbox Dashboard, select Xbox Live Marketplace, and then select Game Downloads. 2.Select All Games, and then select Alphabetical List of Games. 3.Select Optional iPod Support from Xbox Live Marketplace, select Optional iPod Support again from the Xbox Guide, and then select Confirm Download.
