Just wondering i've bought my 1st neo geo cd game (puzzle Bobble) and as yet i have no system to play it on.
But is it illegal to download an emulater and play the official game on my pc (no roms,iso's or anything)
I mean i do have the official game just not the intended system to play it with
your thoughts would be appreciated

Stu's right - if you need a Neo Geo BIOS image, then it's a ROM just like any other, which contains copyrighted code. If we're going to be pedantic about it, then technically AFAIK it would be illegal unless you actually own a Neo Geo as well (which uses that same BIOS), and you wouldn't be allowed to actually use both at the same time.
