Before you confirm your order, they ask whether you want them to charge your account using Canadian dollars or US dollars. First of all, can UK bank accounts accept this and secondly, if yes, which should you choose? Is there any difference?

I assume you're using a credit card - in which case the transaction will be converted into pounds on your statement.

Select Canadian dollars - the exchange rate is better so you'll save yourself a quid or two
