Well I just paid $58 to get a sealed American copy of this sent to me from eBay. I do take comfort in knowing that that's only about 2.50 UK more than what a new DS game costs here though.

Their site says that they have it in stock but it hasn't shipped yet so I'm not 100% certain. Will edit my post when I get an update from them.
