PSP video probs

Hi, i hope i'm not the only person that has had probs but i cannot find anywhere where to save mpeg4 files on the memory stick so it recognises them. Help!!!

can't remember name of main folder, but sub folder is called something like 100MNV1 ? just drop the files in there (no PSP to hand)

Thanks guys but i tried that and psp still doesn't recognise the mpeg4s, but i downloaded some from psp website and they are in a folder called 946ANV01 and 843ANV01 weird...
