How do I tell AVG to update itself automatically!!?

I've been using AVG for some time and find it an excellent free virus checker. Given this I've installed it on friend machines too after recommending it to them.

However a problem has arisen in the form of updating AVG and how it goes about this. Basically the AVG I have on my pc 'updates' itself automatically. That is to say it will just pop up to say its updating, do the business and then just ask me to close it.

Can I get my friends version to do this? No I bloody can't! Which means everytime its database goes out of date windows security center pops up and scares my friends (who are computer illiterate!) senseless!

Could soneone please tell me where the check box for auto updating is cos I can't find it anywhere!? I've looked in the obvious places such as the update manager but all the settings match my machines so why is mine doing it automatically and theirs is not?

        Aha! Thanks very much wod!

I'm guessing too that if I turn off the 'Diplay information about the update process' checkbox then the update process will be transparent? Ie, the boxes popping up saying avg is updating will not show up??
