Take a look at this site:

You need the Autotransf. 300VA for your US Xbox 360. I use one to run my Japanese Xbox 360 and have had no problems at all with it.

Even if you don't go for this one, make sure you don't get a model that's rated less than 300W, otherwise you could end up with a fried Xbox 360!

Yes, it's exactly what you need. The power requirements for US and Japanese consoles are exactly the same.
