Has anyone here ever used tronixweb.com? If so, is their service good? How long are their delivery times, did you get hit by customs, were their any problems with the order.

Yes, they're excellent. Ask them to and they'll usually mark packages down. Delivery times are as short as they can be given the distance.

best US based site IMO, games work outs more or less the same as VG+ with the added bonus of Fed-ex service. They also mark down games. Of all the orders i've had with them it hasn't taken more then 2 days to deliver.

i use them and always use fedex they even mark my stuff down to avoid charges. i always use them for us stuff if they have it. using fedex postage it takes about 4 days at most i've had mine arrive

Along with NCS, Tronix is the first import sites I heard of. I don't use them much but I do highly recommend them.

I've ordered twice over the course of a couple of years, but if I owned a proper credit card, I would use them all the time.

Order 1: Large order, including GBA SP, and a couple of games - Ordered with Priority Box, came in about 4 days on a Saturday.
Order 2: Small order for two games, used FedEx - Came in 2 days, but I was given a FedEx bill later for about ?12. It's totally worth it if you're in a hurry, though.

Both times they were marked as Gift/Promotional on request, and their box packing skills are solid like a rock, even with the priority box going through Royal Mail.

Basically, they're an exceptional company to go with, you won't be disappointed in the slightest.

Best import company I've ever used. They get stock in quickly, it's sent out quickly and it arrives quickly. $13 FedEx is superb but even standard mail arrives in about 5 days max.

Yes, faultless in my experience.

I've used them occasionally since I first saw them recommended in EGM way back in 1998 and never had a problem. If you keep an eye on them and VG+ you're usually fairly sure to get one of the best deals around for North American games.
