XBox DVD Region changable?

My XBox is PAL and unchipped and is locked to region 4. Going to get hold of a chip and sort it out at some point but that can't happen yet.
Is there anything at all I can do to it without modding that will let me change the DVD region?

No, unless you do a softmod.

There aren't any dvd region x style discs for xbox
