Chaos Theory Problem

Whenever I go to play Chaos Theory on my 360, I can get as far as watching the movie for the first mission, but when it comes to the part of actually loading the mission it just freezes, and won't work. I've tried rebooting a couple of times but it stil does the same. It also freezes sometimes on the main loading screen. Can anyone help me?

Is this another 60Hz-only problem or what?

Edit: Still bloody freezes on 50Hz as well. I so wanted to play this game, now I bloody can't!
