winning eleven 9 - language question

i just got a jap copy of winning eleven 9 on the ps2, i'm just wondering is there any in game option to turn the language to english, if not is there any other way? Thanks

You can get them in english, but you need a modded PS2, and access to DVD writer. There is a guy called Fernando from Argentina who translated and supply patches to make Winning Eleven playable in English.

If no chipped PS2, You might be able to switch commentary language to english and download memory card save with roman fonts (western not japanese) but you wouldn't get english menu.
