best pstwo chip to go for?

im going to get a new pstwo with a modchip fitted, which chip would you guys recommend at the moment, theres so many to choose from.

Depends totally on what your going for really, although they all do the same basic job these days.

Some have unique features... the DMS4 Pro has built-in HDD Loading capabiltiy. The O2 and Matrix Infinity both have a Force VGA mode... little bits like that.

They all pan out the same as far as import loading goes.

I'd personally go for the Matrix Infinity - There's no real need for some of DMS4's Toxic OS if you're buying a new PStwo, as there's no HDD capability unless you get it modded further. It's a few quid cheaper too, and it boots directly to whatever you put into it (the old DMS3 chips needed a button held to load PS1 games and such, it might have been changed in DMS4 though).

As Shakey says though, they all end up playing imports at the end of the day.

If you do go the Matrix route, make sure it's a genuine Matrix and not a Modbo or similar clone.
