Tracking an email source in Exchange 2003?

Hi there, juts a quickie. How can i track the source of an email in Exchange 2003?
    WITHOUT going into someones outlook?

You see someone has been passing confidential material to someone on our exchange and i cant look into thier outlook to find where that mail is comming from (Hotmail btw)
Is there anything more than Tracking Centre on Exchange i can look at to find the email headers, maybe an IP address?

    Cheers

I did a quick google for you to see if I could turn anything up

this is the best I came up with so far

"To read (and copy) the header using Microsoft Exchange, do the following:
Open the message in Exchange to view it. Choose "File," then "Properties," then "Internet." The header will be visible and will be highlighted. Simply right click and copy it. Then paste on the front of the message and forward it to your abuse department."
