Xbox360 FPS question

Hello,

I'm not sure wheter i should buy a PAL or an NTSC console,
I'm a bit of a n00b in that area

A friend told me that once you use HDTV (Which i have,sort of...in the shape of a projector that's capable of 1080i)
there's no framerate diffrence between the PAL and NTSC,i myself am not certain about it

I have no problems with the diffrent release dates (a week or two isn't that bad) but i wanna know if the ingame-framerate stays the same and also if there's a diffrence in ingame resolutions

I don't have a clue but I think the engine for XBOX 360 will force developers to work in differnent way which mean it need to be adaptable for different resolution and frame rate. So I think it will be exactly the same apart from power supply and region coding.
