My JAP Dreamcast blew! Who could fix?

My Jap Dreamcast 'blew' this morning. Ive not turned it on for years. Fired it up, it was all good for about 4 seconds - seen the DC logo - then it 'popped' and smoke started belching out the right hand side of it!!

    I found this..

Your fan has probably stopped working. The Dreamcast needs a fan going or it will quickly overheat. Sega was smart. They put a kill switch on the fan so that if it stopped working, the Dreamcast wouldn?t do anything more than light up the orange light on the front. Hopefully though, your fan is just stuck. Look at the right hand side of the Dreamcast. The front right is where the fan blows the air out. Blow hard into that hole to try and get the fan spinning again. You should hear it spinning. It can get clogged up with dust if you haven?t used your Dreamcast in a while or if you?re a smoker.
The amount of time I spent smoking in front of it is scary So, has my Dreamcast overheated? Any ideas? More importantly, is there anyone that could fix it for me?

Can you get power to it for a second to see if the fan comes on?

You did use a stepdown didn't you?

you sure you plugged it into a stepdown as you could have plugged straight into the mains and blown the psu inside it
