where's my sata drive? help please

installed my nforce2 drivers, loaded drivers for the sata drive thru the xp F6 process.

    device manager shows...

    - SCSI and RAID controllers

    - D347PRT SCSI Controller
    - Silicon Image Sil 3112 SATARaid Controller

status states both are working correctly.

In computer management - storage - disk management - only my IDE and its 3 partitions are shown. i was told the sata would show up here.?

    help please.

In disk administrator it may not show as being 'online', you may have to 'reactivate' the volume perhaps, if its not there *at all* then post back

hey guys, ta for the replies...

@marcus, i checked Computer Management - Storage - Disk Management. Only Disk 0 (my 80GB WD) and CD-ROM 0 (my DVDROM) are shown.

@wod, checked bios (press delete process), the only place i can see scsi is 3rd boot device, i selected this myself after i had installed the drivers. during boot only primary and secondary ide channels are detected. where do you enable scsi in boot menu?

also, Device Manager - Hard Drives only shows my western digital.
