    best vga adaptor for ps2 & saturn - for shooters

    Im looking to invest in a vga adaptor for my tft monitor, its for my saturn and ps2 primarily. because i want to play all my shooters in tate. any recommendations?

    You get what you pay. Most of the cheap ones are really crap and look much worse than playing on a TV.

    Probably the only decent one is the XRGB2+ (or the XRGB3 coming out in March). Cheapest I've seen that go for is $199 ($250 for the XRGB3), but it's the only adaptor that actually looks great.

      For games that do support Progressive Scan you could buy some cheap component leads (?7) then use the VDigi VD-Z3 (http://www.vdigi.com/index.php?optio...d=67&Itemid=28) to connect to vga output device.

      Ive never tried this but im sure someone on here will have, maybe they could comment on it?

        I have a VD-Z3. It's fantastic. But as you say, only really any good for 480p/720p/1080i. No good for old consoles.
