Do Movietyme mark down packages at request?

There's a number of cheap items I'm hoping to acquire from them, but unless they do mark downs I stand to be stung quite a bit by customs

I've never used them, but they used to have a FAQ section and one of them was about Customs duties and their reponse was if you provided proof of Customs duties payment, i.e. send them the receipt, they would refund the charge. I e-mailed them about this and they said it was at their discretion.

Well, if they post from within the UK, I won't have a problem with customs - I just need to know if there are certain items which come from their US warehouse as opposed to their UK one.

all of the stuff comes from the US but its shipped to croydon - then its reshipped to you

ordered loads and never paid a penny extra in customs

Never paid customer charges here. Most deliveries come with UK stamps attached.
