screengrabs - whats the best kit to grab stills/movies

can't remember if there was a thread about this in the old forum but can anyone recommend the best kit to grab stills/movies from a console?

A TV card from PC World (29.99), someone here spoke very nicely of a Packard Bell one.

An S-Video cable to get the best possible image quality on the card.

A copy of Dscaler (www.dscaler.org) to grab the pictures (and record movies if you want). This is free software.
