Buying JPN games - sites

As you can see, PlayAsia have sold out.
Both YesAsia and NCSX only have the 'Non-DX edition'. Likky don't have it full stop.

Does anyone know of another site that it likely to stock this? It's not even that old of a release

Been a good few years since I've used VGI, never thought to look there. Slightly higher than normal price, but since I think the DX pack was a limited run (hence PA not having it), I don't mind paying that.

Looks like a nice site. It says that all European customers have to pay VAT though, isn't it only when live in the UK that you have to pay VAT?

Q. What is VAT and do I have to pay it?
A. VAT stands for Value Added Tax and is the UK's sales tax. It's charged at 17.5%. If you live in the UK or anywhere within the EEC/EC (most of Europe) then you have to pay VAT. Everyone outside the EEC does NOT pay VAT. Yes this means that US customers don't pay VAT.
