could an xbox innards fit into this?

ive seen those in the shops - and they are pretty small.... im not too sure how big the xbox board is but i doubt it

I remember posting a converted xbox on the old forums, but can't find the link. I think the guy put it inside a custom aluminium case, but it was still fairly large, I'm sure it was bigger than that but I don't know if he had room to spare.

lot of room inside the xbox case - its only a (technically) pc mobo after all with an hdd etc

I don't think the Xbox motherboard would fit into that unless you cut it in half... it has a custom form factor, its not PC motherboard-like in layout. I think those boxes take 'mini' PC motherboards anyway.

The Xbox motherboard is almost the same width/length as the XBox itself. If you had the dimensions of that box you could compare.

Don't think the motherboard will fit mate, have you seen one of those mini cases in the flesh? they are very small.

You'd literally need to saw the thing in half to get it to fit in that case. Its tiny.

And on sale for a semi-reasonable price at your nearest PC World, if you want to see one in the flesh; when I saw it there I was quite surprised.

That's one of those Shuttle micro/mini ATX pc cases isnt it? Designed for a specially sized motherboard.
