What is the dongle came with official vga cable for 360

I am wondering what is the dongle that come with VGA Cable for xbox 360 as I didn't open the packaging with it.

Dongle? I only recall a Female-Female gender changer coming with it.

Yeah, it was a gender changer. I was worried when I unpacked it because my monitor and the cable both had male connectors, but then I found that right before I was about to take the cable back.

There's also a little adaptor to change the two phono cables to a 3.5mm headphone jack.
