I want to be an Engine driver

I have just bought a PC Engine + CD-ROM2, and would like to run it through RGB. How can I do this without performing an RGB mod on the console? Is it possible to get an RGB signal from the CD-ROM Interface with a cable?

I can't bear the idea of modding the Engine in any way, as it's pure white, mint condition.

I do an RGB mod where I replace the RF socket with a mini-din socket and put the RGB booster circuit inside the SCART plug (which I supply)
Instead of the messyness you see with the methods online I solder the connector to the motherboard as it should be, the casing is not altered.

You wont know the machine is modded - it looks like it's meant to be like that.

Nice one Saur! I may bring it with me to London next time I come up. Do you have to order the parts special like?

I have all parts in stock, I'll make a cable up in advance to save time. I use a PCB mounted mini DIN socket which fits perfectly and will supply an RGB SCART cable with a booster circuit wired into the SCART plug (the RGB output of the Engine is VERY weak)

Sounds good. I'm still waiting for the engine to arrive (it's coming from a friend in the states). When it does I'll let you know. How much would it be BTW?
