i have a budget of around ?400, all i need it to do is have
a) an ethernet out
b) tv out
c) decent hd size
d) and lastly, half decent graphics card for some older games (max payne 2 type specs)
i've never looked into owning one before and am at a complete loss as to which is the best processor chip e.t.c...
