Blaze VGA adaptor for Dreamcast

Tried and failed to find one of the above on the 'Wanted Items' forum, so I thought I'd try my luck here.

Anyone know where I can get such an adaptor? I've not had much luck on any of the obvious interweb sites... ft:

There are Blaze VGA adapters on Ebay regular.

Mine isn't a Blaze one, but it works ok. About ?12 plus shipping it was; sorry I can't remember where from but I've linked to it here before if you want to use a search.

The picture shows the Blaze one, but it's listed as a "Treamcast VGA box". Whether that's the manufacturer or a typo is anyones guess!
